The hotel is located at the tip of Mirror Lake, just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Lake Placid. “Absolutely loved my time here. First off, it’s a college dorm room. It’s cheap, it’s clean and better than being out in woods. Bed is comfortable. There’s a fridge and microwave. There’s a complimentary breakfast which was better than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in. There’s four rooms to a suite so I guess there’s a chance others could be there but I had the place to myself for two nights. All staff members I interacted with were warm and friendly.
