"I just love staying at this hotel. It’s so unique in its style and overall atmosphere. I finally enjoyed the bar and restaurant this trip. The bartender was so nice and made a great cocktail! I tried the fried green tomato sliders… OMG! Outstanding. Also, it’s nice it’s so close to University of Kentucky where my kiddo goes to school now."

"Got in a bit late…but everything was ready for us! The front desk associate, Jordan, was incredibly helpful! He apologized for a misunderstanding about airport/hotel shuttle which just ended due to change of administration…he explained it beautifully and the manager offered a compensation in room rate for the inconvenience! Jordan was really helpful giving us recommendations for dinner, etc nearby! A great experience amidst a turnover! Thank you, Jordan!!"

"Great stay overall. The room was very clean and having a full personal kitchen with a dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and everything needed was a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered complimentary water at check-in. Parking was great, breakfast was good and there were no issues with noise, unusual smells or bugs. The bed was a little stiff for my preference, but that is just me being picky. I would definitely stay here again and will look for this property brand first when booking in other areas."

"Breakfast cooking staff was rude and negligent. It felt discriminatory as the chef cooked 5 orders before mine even though I ordered first (and ordered the same thing as the other people). Another guest even pointed this out, and asked why he was ignoring me and my order. When asked about this, the chef just made a deceiving face, insinuating he was not going to cook my order for whatever reason. This happened to me both mornings of my two night stay. I have never been treated like this in a hotel before, and this location has lost a customer."
