"El lugar es muy bonito y bien ubicado. Sin embargo el personal y los servicios no fueron buenos. Había muchísimo polvo al punto de causar alergias. De igual manera al momento del check in no había nadie esperando. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el restaurante iba a estar abierto hasta las 9 pm, fuimos a las 8:15 y ya habían cerrado la cocina, por lo que toco salir del lugar a buscar restaurante en Ibarra. "El desayuno, la habitación estuvieron bien, la decoración del hotel con cosas antiguas me apareció interesante y llamativo. lo que no gustó fue que la piscina estaba sucia, sus azulejos con lama y el vapor no tenia las hierbas aromáticas, y también deben ser remodelados al igual que el jacuzzi y debe haber más limpieza en esas áreas, se puede adquirir alguna infección.
