"The hotel is clean, staff is attentive and its the closest hotel to the airport. We have status and are extremely grateful for complimentary upgrades when available. I do think there is a tiny bit of room making our stay even better by providing wash cloths since they only provide liquid soap and not bar soap. Also, the breakfast is always cold because the warmers are either not on or do not work, not sure. However, I will be back on our next trip to Ecuador because its so convenient. "

La mayoría de las cosas las puedes hacer yendo caminando. En la habitación donde me quedé estaba muy limpia y tenía una bella vista de Medellín. También está cerca del tren. "
