My husband and I loved our stay here! The host is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend

Property and rooms were extremely tastefully appointed. The general manager was very, very accommodating. Located in perfect area. Within a few minutes walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. The “road” where hoel is located, is Pio Borgo, just for pedestrians, full with sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Perfect spot to be staying. Only problem was that when we arrived, the elevator was broken. While the staff was happy to carry our luggage up and down the 3 floors where are room was,...

Excellent people. Very nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was getting in the front door on the morning we arrived. The hotel is part of an apartment building and we weren’t sure how to get in to a resident opened the door for us. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay at a better location.

Nearly perfect place to stay in Roma. Steps from St. Peter’s & Musei Vaticani, and a few minutes from Piazza Resorgimento and the Ottaviano bus & metro stops. Extremely quiet at night. Staff is attentive. McDonald’s is across the street and the Tonnarello restaurant is just a block down the street (highly recommended, good value, try the Pinsu). We took taxis and Ubers to place not well connected to the transit network which was fine. Room was made up every day while we were gone, a...

What an unexpected treat this was! The area is seeing a lot of remodeling and existing smaller hotels, stores and restaurants and this is a beautiful older building with Maison Degli Artisi Suites newly updated with a fantastic vibe and beautiful modern appointments. Everything is close at hand and feels like home immediately. I wish we could have stayed longer, certainly returning. Thank you Francesco!

I had a great stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and everything made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again! Spot on with the breakfast too!

Great apartment ! Great Location ! Great Staff! It will be my place for sure next time in Roma !

Great place!

Hotel is actually called Mama's House. Only bad review I have is for the tiny elevator, common in Europe, but someone left the door open and we had to lug our two 50 lb suitcases down the stairs until we saw the problem with the elevator. The staff was amazing, very courteous and accommodating. I can't speak highly enough about everyone on the campo team. They were willing to check us in early but our room wasn't ready. We left all of our bags and passports with the staff and it was safe in...

The location of the property is perfect almost all buses stop nearby Argentina stop name).Take bus 40 or 64 to go to the Vatican drop you literally 5min from the entrance. Bus 62 or 491 takes you to the Bus terminale for those nooking a bus trip tp other area...We came frpm Pompei, had my other hotel booked there. The Collosseuom is about 15min walk, the Fountain Trevi 5min, Spanish steps are also nearby..Where hotel.is located you will not hear any street noise..There is a small elevator for...

Belsiana House is a little gem right near the Spanish Steps. The hosts were so kind and helpful and responsive to any requests. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, great soundproofing and a stunning spacious bathroom with a bathtub! Appreciated the elevator. The location can’t be beat. Right in the heart of all the dining, cafes and shops and but off on a relatively quiet side street. Small Supermarket right around the corner. I’d definitely recommend a stay at Belsiana House. The price was very...

Loved it! Very easy to get around and close to places I wanted to visit! Will go back for sure!

I will definitely stay at this excellent hotel again but I have two suggestions for other guests staying at this hotel: Bring good earplugs; the hallway can be rather noisy in the morning, which is a problem if you want to sleep in. Also, it seems that some rooms are over streets and other rooms are over a courtyard; if you have a problem with street noise at night, contact the hotel management and ask... the management is wonderful and will make sure you have a comfortable stay.

I initially has one reservation about staying here due to my being an older woman traveling alone with a dog and arriving late in the afternoon. The palazzo has a staffed check in until noon. Well, my reservation was completely resolved to my immense satisfaction. I contacted the Palazzo prior to arrival and spoke with Andrea who completely put me at ease about check in. He, personally, was there to greet me when I arrived at 5:30 pm on my day of arrival and couldn't have been more...

Our check-in at the reception area was very easy. Our host was so friendly, warm, and accommodating. She made us fresh cappucino and espresso on the spot, and gave recommendations for shopping and dining. The room was spacious and clean. Great location close to all of the major sites.

My fiancée and I travelled from Boston to Rome, and decided to take a chance on this hotel, as it was in very close proximity to a friend we were visiting. We were incredibly glad that we did! The location is incredible for a tourist – we were able to walk to every site we wanted to visit. The hotel has been completely renovated just weeks before we stayed. The bed is large and very comfortable (if you like memory foam), the ceilings high and beautifully painted. Breakfast was provided...

We had a nice experience, some of the small amenities were broken or not working (towel hanger, reading light, etc.) but did not affect our experience.

Great location and breakfast. Easy walk to key sites but in a quiet area. Close to the market which was a fun experience.
