"We enjoyed the stay at Busan Paradise Hotel. We took advantage of the kids zone as we had two young kids. Also, the pool and the spa were a great addition and attractions to this resort. However, cleanliness of the spa can be improved. Multiple members of my family got rashes after using the spa. The location was terrific, and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff. "

There are also inexpensive restaurants, bars, and cafes that surround the hotel if you don’t want to pay hotel prices. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist. The location right on Haeundae Beach, walkable to so much activity, such as fresh seafood and more at the Haeundae Market and access to the sky capsule/train at Blue Line Park, is unbeatable. Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul. When the package came, it included our child's item as well, which we hadn't even realized was missing! Thank you to Harley and team for taking care of us. We'll look forward to our next stay!"
