"I decided on a whim to stay at this hotel instead of closer to my venue. After my stay, I wish I could’ve stayed multiple nights. The room was absolutely gorgeous. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in as nice as clean or as fancy of a hotel as this room was if I could give it 10 stars, I would definitely five the staff was friendly. The place was extremely clean. The elevators were even friendly as they had a very soothing voice and took me right to the level I needed to just by scanning my badge. I really didn’t wanna leave."

"The hotel is clean and the staff are attentive. The TV’s were out and my door had an issue with the locking mechanism. When I tried to open the door it stuck. Bought it to management attention they said it would be fixed. It wasn’t. 4 days no tv in the room and at one point it took me 10 minutes to get the door open. I will NOT be staying there in the future. If an issue is bought to the attention of management twice and it’s not taken care of then, it seems to be an inconvenience for them and they not concerned about me. "

"We were able to check in early, however we had no pillows in our room & no remote for the tv. Kiddie pool was not operational. Staff was helpful."

"They used a “bait and switch“ technique – charging one low price online and then charging $50 at check-in for so-called amenities that I didn’t use"

"This place is cheap yet horrible…. There are several extra large potholes that you have to dogde while pulling up on the property… several strange people walking around the outside. The hotel door barely closes and look like a half way house. There is not quiet time … the people next door thumped crashed and boomed all night… the towels were yellow and the tub had a ring around it and public hair all over. DO NOT STAY HERE… the sign should say Niggwood!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Property was clean. Pool was clean. The only real issue we had was not being able to watch anything on tv. Tried to hook up a fire stick to watch movies and they have it blocked. Staff was extremely helpful in trying to assist with the problem but found out it basically wasn't equipped for that. I wish we could have been able to connect our Netflix."

"First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!"
