"It’s an old hotel. Could use a little help. But great location and more than nice enough. Hope they open the crystal view soon. One of the best parts of staying in Burbank. "

I was woken up by three different alarms in the morning after having driven in 12 hours from Idaho and desperately needing sleep. Couldn’t get back to bed after and checked out early. Very frustrating stay, especially considering the price."

"The breakfast was à la carte and included two cold items and a drink or one hot item and a drink. We didn’t know this the first day and got one of hot and cold item each. However the hotel staff were very kind and did not charge us for the extra breakfast. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent. "
