"Ich wusze nicht das ich sagen muß das sie das zimmer säubern sollen und das Handuch wechsel das muss mann dehnen sagen ansonsten machen die das nicht .Von einem 3 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eigendlich das die das machen . Vor meinen Zimmer hing der lüfter der klimaanlage vom nachbarzimmer und wenn die an ging war die so laut das man nicht schlafen konnte. "Absolutely fantastic experience. The location and scenery are stunning, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. My wife and I stayed at several places during our three-week trip, and this was easily one of our favorites, esp especially considering it cost less than half of some others. Rent a scooter, explore the area, and enjoy the views, serenity, and excellent room service. Highly recommend!"

"We had an excellent experience at the Banyan Tree. The staff was very attentive and communication was simple through WhatsApp. Daria and Khem were so kind to us our whole stay! The happy hour bar on the beach was our personal favorite time. The location around the hotel felt a little isolated, there wasn’t all too much to do. However, it’s all made up for the great amenities and reasonable prices at the hotels many different restaurants. Highly recommend you book a tour to Hong Island directly from the hotel!"

"The property was beautiful and well kept and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help me with logistics for transportation and help me make calls and get in touch with our local transfers. I would recommend this resort to my family and friends. The only downside are the stairs going to and from your rooms with limited elevator for easy access. The property sits on a hill."
