"Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard. The shower has only a piece of glass to stop the water from spilling out into the bathroom but it’s very small and water gets all over the floor. Not very safe. Overall a positive experience."

"The front desk reception were very good. Not ideal if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was fine. Room fairly small but perfectly OK if used just as base for sight-seeing. Very convenient for trams. Helpful in organising airport transfer. "

The bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest and the plumbing is so noisy, and the floors thin and so you could hear people stomping around above you. It is also down a remote road which is very dark so doesn’t feel safe to be walking around solo. "
