"Great room with plenty of space and very quiet- no noticeable noise from other guests or the road. Secure underground parking available at an extra cost. Very comfortable bed. Fridge, kettle and proper mugs in the room. We used the laundry room which was great- costs around £2.40 for each wash/drying cycle. There’s also an iron and ironing board in the room. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced too. Gym is open 24 hours and has some decent equipment and hand weights, plus the room has air conditioning which is always a plus. There is a water filter machine near reception and it’s free to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful with transport information and suggestions of places to visit. The hotel is a little way from the centre of the city but easy to reach by tram or bus, taking approximately 10 minutes. The bus stops right outside the hotel and the walk to the tram stop is about 10 minutes. We walked into the centre along the river and it took 25 minutes. There’s a Carrefore supermarket next door to the hotel. The only negative point is that the air conditioning was not cool enough. We would definitely stay here again."

"Had booked this hotel for a couple of nights. On arrival check in was good and we decided to upgrade to a suite. It was only after this we were told that to use any of the spa facilities it was an extra €25 per person per day for a 2 hour slot. I think that's excessive when paying €140 per night. The room was large and comfortable but the WiFi throughout the hotel is poor. Breakfast is very good and as an overall experience I would class it as good."
