Hotel room was clean and they cleaned it every day. Super great location and safe. If you are thinking to stay in Santiago. Stay here. I do recommend. People who are working there were all friendly and nice. Super great experience for 5 days for me.โ
โAlright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they donโt clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one elseโs) underwear beneath the bedโฆyou apparently...

I love the place, it is a bit small but i absolutely love the place - we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. I highly, highly, highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago. โ
โThe rooms did not disappoint! I had a double terrace and it was really nice. I used the gym, which was minimal but got the job done. I attempted to extend my stay because I was so comfortable, but they were booked!
I do want to share that the area is a bit noisy with a street view and the restaurant right below my room, a white noise machine helped immensely at night. โ
