"love the clean rooms, the suto flush toilets in the room. the shower gel and shampoo smells AMAZING. the around the clock service of free drinks, icecream in the evenings and yakult in the mornings are something me and my family look forward too. these little treats really do matters! onsen was a good experience for a first timer, lots of tourists there, but you can always try to go onsen at off peak hours. laundry room was a plenty so we had no issues washing and drying. bathtub in our room was awesome as well. late night ramen was a comforting welcome.
