โThe front desk person that worked on 7/26 was super friendly, and went above and beyond to confirm I was a Marriott club member, that I received a Memberโs snack and water and my room key was operational since I had difficulty getting in the room.
It is fantastic to travel and come across staff members that are warm and kind.โ
โBeautiful and clean room/bathroom, many amenities, nice staff, and great breakfast with many options: scrambled eggs, waffles, hot oatmeal, bagels, muffins, real orange juice, etc. The only negative was that the air conditioning in the room creates quite a draft and the direction of the vent cannot be altered. Had to stack up pillows to create a โwallโ and prevent getting a cold during sleep.โ
โThis was the best experience I'd had at a hotel in years, and that includes some fancier 5-star hotels. Every single aspect of the stay was perfect.

โWe enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was excellent. They were always welcoming with a smile This was very nice as you don't see and feel that much.these day. โWe had an issue with the toilet in our room, and we witnessed two different people fall off the bar stools because there were broken or the chairs were uneven. Outside of this, everything was great!โ
