โWhat is not to love about being welcomed into Richard and Ruthโs home. They are wonderful hosts and spent hours talking to us both during our stay. The house is an amazing building and learning about its history was wonderful. We walked into the tiny town and got some dinner, lovely options available. We can not wait to visit again and will be recommending anyone travelling around this area should certainly book a stay.โ
โI don't recommend this hotel. Arriving around 19:30, which was not outrageously late, the room we were assigned was a room accessible for the handicapped. The problem was that the staff did not give any account of this before we found it out with all the luggage in front of the door. โThe staff was kind, inviting and prompt. Breakfast has quite a large variety, compared to othere nearby hotels. Omelette and oatmeal was especially good! The bathroom and kitchen were well eqipped. Holyyoke mall, Target, and Bestbuy are located in 5 less than 5 minute drive.
