Check in is simple and easy, we opted for the birthday package for our son andthe room was decorated, a handwritten card and lovely birthday dessert platter. “We arrived early as we were going to the golf at Portrush. Alexandra checked us in and she was fantastic , helpful and welcoming . She couldn’t haven’t been more accommodating .
When we returned that night, even though the restaurant was extremely busy , she went out of her way to welcome us back and show us to our room .
We had great service in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
