Helpful and kind staff is available to arrange guests' requests. Spacious and comfortable rooms or apartments with balcony, with optional ocean view. Good breakfast and meals at the pool bar. The hotel park with pools and sundeck fulfill all needs for perfect vacation. Great location, easy access to restaurants, bars and clubs. Underground garage is just nearby (special rate for guests:15EUR/day).

First time stayed here, and will not be the last, nice ground floor modern apartment with patio and garden furniture- nice size - excellent bathroom- washing machine oven etc in kitchen area. Plenty of sunbeds available around a lovely pool area (1 was very cold, the other was a nice temperature) - u can get breakfast for €15 per person ( we didn’t) the restaurant does excellent lunches - huge portions! Good quality- all around very nice place to stay

I left a black coat in the hotel lobby. I contacted the front desk shortly after, but they made little effort to help, said they couldn’t find it, and refused to check the CCTV. I suspect it may have been taken by staff. If you care about your belongings, I would not recommend staying here.

Pool area lovely, breakfast okay. Great location. Booked a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed. Room was not a moden one like the pictures but still ok. We were not happy that we booked a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in lounge and they refused to let 3 of us stay in the room, charging us an additional 300 euros. Poor service. So dont book a 1 bed apartment. Save your money and just book a studio as they wont let 3 people sleep in the 1 bedroom apartment.

We were housed in the main building facing the main road on the 2nd floor, though you could not hear any noise when the doors were closed. The hotel is looking a little tired but overall, the condition was good. The beds were very comfortable, though they did split and slide across the floor when a certain activity was involved! The pool area was really nice with plenty of loungers. Prices of the food and drink were what you would have expected. Some items were more expensive than what you have to pay outside of the hotel, yet some were cheaper. My only concern was that there was no lockable room to store your luggage when checking out at 11am. You either took them with you or you had to leave them in the reception area away from the main desk.

Stayed at the Arona location and first night was a nightmare, it was very hot and humid at the room and both ceiling fans were not working. They do provide a portable aircon but that's at 60 euros per week. An engineer did come that evening and helped fix both which made the stay a little more bearable. There were many little ants crawling around the kitchen area as well as the table which was not great, there must be a nest that is overlooked. The pool was great, just a shame far too many people selfishly "reserve" the lounges to then go disappear for hours before using them. Our little one was given a ribbon to use the water park at Santiago 3 which was great.
