When we showed up to the address, it looked like an abandoned rehab center with people wandering around inside a locked gated fence. There was no proper front desk—just a gate where you have to call someone to even attempt to check in. The man who answered was extremely rude. He kept repeating that check-in was at 4 PM, even though my flight had been delayed by a full day. I had already paid for Friday...
