โSuper hip and cool. Really spacious room that was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Loved that everything was keyless. Staff was super communicative prior to and after arrival. 2 things to note, as at least my room (room 3) is not for everyone.
It is above the bar and therefore for anyone who turns in early, there will be music til midnight. Also, for those who like to lay in bed and watch TV; there is no TV in the unit. Again, neither were issues for me, I absolutely loved my stay - but...
โPerfect location if you are attending a show at the T-Mobile Center, which is what I was doing for the purpose of my stay. Also, centrally located to other sights around KC and the KC Street Car.โ
โBeautiful historic property. If you like historical hotels this is nice one. Staff was, without exception very good. I gave 4 stars because of the age and wear, which is to be expected, but might bother travelers who prefer newer properties. Great blackout curtains. The hotel bar was good.โ
โI love the gym staff the only problem was the air conditioning was not working so great our room would get hot and it was facing a building that looked abandon but other then that it was a nice place everything was conveniently close by.โ
โThe location is excellent. Near lots of attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially LaTosha at the front desk. Our first room was not up to par and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. LaTosha found us a different room and made sure it was right. The breakfast was excellent. โ
โThis La Quinta is very nice. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large, well stocked with fresh white towels. The shower puts out hot water. A great breakfast in the morning. Thank you for a restful stay.โ
โCirca 1880 property. Was wonderfully maintained. The staff was very friendly minus the night auditor. The restaurant was great and my room was beautiful. โ
