"Checkin, front desk and housekeeping were superb. Very helpful and efficient. Service in the restaurant was poor and food was also basic & poor. Bread too stale for the bread knife to cut, hard rubbery omelette, poor coffee."

"Booked hotel through expedia. On arrival they informed us of double booking and there is no rooms available to accommodate. Hotel staff where not helpful to resolve the problem. Since location is more then an hour away from the city. The closest hotel was an hour away."
