Getting into the bus from Ghaza bus station is a nightmare and most of the time the bus is filled with people who are not the guest of Novotel and as a customer we cannot do the police job of sorting out people! I hope there will be a trail for walk to Haram so that guests can just walk down the hill! The distance is not that FAR! "
