"The onsen (woman) has both indoor n outdoor pool plus cold bath. They provided all the amenities one would need. Front desk services were good. They helped with filling out forms for luggage forwarding. Welcome drink after checkout and ramen at night for free. Room was very clean. About 5 mins walk from Matsumoto station. "Beautiful property, wonderful public onsen, and excellent restaurant. Very peaceful location. While I loved my room (which was high up and overlooked the forest), it involved climbing some very steep stairs. Travelers with mobility issues should be careful about which rooms they reserve. I stayed two nights and wish that I had stayed three."
