"The room itself was nice and had been recently updated. There’s no door on the shower so water gets everywhere and cleaners don’t come everyday. When we booked it said breakfast was included and once we arrived at the property the receptionist said breakfast was not included despite us showing him that all rooms have breakfast included and that I couldn’t actually make a booking without breakfast however, he wasn’t interested and just said breakfast wouldn’t be included. We had to then pay for...

"Good location, nice friendly staff, very helpful. Good size room and the bathroom was a very good size. Very good value for money! The fact that the room was in a different building to the actual hotel. The entrance was very run down and had a very distinctive smell that slightly put me off. It was advertised as 3 beds but we got one double bed and a sofa bed."
