“My experience was a 10/10. Very helpful staffs, exquisite interior.”

“Good hotel”

“I enjoyed my stay”

“Stunning property in the centre of Leicester.”

“Lovely and clean plus there was an iron and ironing board in the room, the markdown is due to no usb port in the room. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful when I requested my fried egg to be flipped ( can't stand raw white)”

“It’s great place to stay, great services good breakfast, quiet and very clean”

“Perfect location. Easy check in. Reasonable price”

“Although we almost turned around upon walking down the block towards the guest house, I am glad we stayed there. Paul, the custodian, was charming and helpful, the facilities were adequate, and access to food make a simple breakfast was nice, but every room should have a fan. We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again.”

“The Abbey Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone. Accessible for people with disabilities as well. Great reception staff. 10/10 would stay again.”

“No complaints.”

“Good location for the city centre shops, bars food outlets with 20 minutes walk to railway station. No breakfast. Bedroom décor functional, bed comfortable but a surprisingly modern bathroom with good shower. Reception on 3rd floor but lift out of order. Access to rooms/reception via stairs from a door separate from hotel entrance. No electronic security at the door so anyone could enter the hotel and potentially access bedroom on floors 1 and 2 at any time. Check before booking especially if a...

“No one was there when I arrived, I waiting ten minutes then had to start calling out to get someone's attention. No lift and was put on upper floors. In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal.”

“Decent on paper, disappointing in reality. The room looked fine in the photos but fell short in person. We were on the ground floor and arrived to a strong smell of cigarettes - the throw blanket had a burn hole in it, suggesting a previous guest had smoked despite the advertised £100 fine. There was pink staining on the shower floor and the only chair had a broken spindle on the back - when I went to move it, the top rail separated entirely from the remaining spindles and I had to pop it back...

“Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound”

“Great place to stay for tigers and city within walk distance, has all you need, blinds could do with replacing as some missing ”
