Staff - from the valet/doormen to the lobby clerk, all were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Having the Starbucks in hotel was a game changer! No going out, what I wanted was an elevator ride away. The in hotel restaurant with good food was also a win. Convenient to the convention center and train to the airport. I have nothing bad to say about my stay!

Easy check-in, with super friendly staff, which was especially appreciated after a full day of travel. Even though the hotel is directly beside the airport, this was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I didn't hear people in other rooms or in the hallway, or airplanes flying over. The room itself was large and very clean. Breakfast is not included, just an FYI, but there is a cafe that seemed to offer Starbucks drinks and light breakfast items for purchase. The walk to the sky train is about 2 minutes, and there is an elevator up for heavy luggage. Very convenient and perfect for any traveler.

From the minute we walking into reception, we were made to feel welcome, by smiley faces and bottles of water. Quickly checked in, and in the room - which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only disappointment of you can call it that, was the person who greeted us in Champions bar, looked like they had a bad day, and wanted to show us! We were seated, no greeting, not great. Our server however was very friendly.

Very clean hotel - there was a wedding when we were there - so being on the second floor was noisy. We could feel the ground tremble but the hotel itself is perfectly situated by the airport and you take sky train from hotel to there.

The rooms were clean, and most staff were friendly. One concierge was fairly rude and had an attitude when I asked a simple question. There was no information provided on any breakfast offerings, and they charge an exorbitant amount for parking. I normally love Marriott, but this one was disappointing.
