Room was in ok condition, a bit outdated. Staff were ok

the gentleman at the front desk was the best!

We stayed on the 32nd floor room right next to the loft lobby. While it was a strip view room, the noise of the lifts every few seconds felt like there was a roller coaster going over our room, day in day out even in the night

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, beautiful view, restaurants were great, the pool area was very nice, but we did not try it out. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms. Staff great. But if you want to use Uber to go anywhere, expect a 30 - 40 min wait to get out of parking garage due to constant break down of gate arm. Constantly had to call security to fix. Seemed like Paris didn't care/unaware of whats happening in parking garage.
