“The luggage helpers were tough to control. They need help. The toilet in 316 required you to hold down the handle until it completely flushed. I liked the rest of the hotel.”

“Would stay here again”

“Nothing unique. Desk staff was not helpful. Tv didn't work. Internet wasn't free...and no one asked me if I had a membership or (I do) nor that I needed to use the membership for the internet to be free. Seems like my membership should be in the computer, or at least asked about at check in. Bathroom didn't have normal soap, the wall mounted soap was empty. I've stayed at Tru a lot this place is nice but our welcome by the desk was rushed, impersonal and when I told him where should we park so...
