Great location. FABULOUS breakfast! Tamera and Todd are great hosts very accommodating! They take great pride in providing a hospitable experience. The only reason for a 4 star is that the accommodations are a bit dated but very suitable for our stay.

Everyone there was super nice & inviting. They made my son & me feel right at home. I loved the camaraderie between the host & other guests during breakfast! The food was delicious, my compliments to the chef!! The space we used was perfect & all we needed. I hope to use them again this season if they’ll have us!
I know this picture doesn’t really have anything to do with the stay but it is what we went there to do! Super convenient for our little father/son ski trip & the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain!

The location in Avon is excellent, within easy walking distance to Avon Station and the River gondola for skiing. Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. I will definitely be back with friends!

Breakfast was good. Lots of rules. Weird Mannequins in various places and cameras all over in the common places. I mean I can't really say anything bad per say... You just have to experience it for yourself. Good value for the area for sure.

Great spot to stay close to skiing. The owner was super nice and gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was delicious - fresh cinnamon rolls, eggs and ham, yogurt, cereal, juice options, etc. The room was quiet, cozy, and clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again!
