"Customer Service was excellent. Free water when you check-in and anytime during your stay. Swimming pool was great for kids as it wasn't too deep. Food was excellent at hotel. Only suggestion I would have is for them to change out the shower head as it shoots water way too high and there is no way to angle it down for showering. The best part was they can drive you to the airport and help with your luggage. Hotel location is 5 mins from airport. We had 8:45am flight the next day."

After arriving and staying in another hotel across the divided highway for a few days, I realized this hotel had everything I needed for a longer stay in the village of Su Thep. This hotel was a grand dame in her day, with a massive bright lobby complete with lots of seating space, two people at the front desk and security....
