Very nice except the room near the restaurant are smelly in breakfast hours. The saunas open hours are too limited and not enough towels are available. The place itself is beautiful
Great hotel & location
Lacking drinks in & around pool area

Ths picture of the room in expedia is not accurate.
The actual room is smaller and bathroom different.
Second bed is a sofa that doesn’twork well. Didn’t hold 2 children well
Receptionist was very rude from the second we walked-in and then we were given recently painted smelly room on top of that. If you are to try to give a smelly room at that hour of the night, at least try to put on a smiling face to not push customers to their limits.
They changed the room and everything else was quite flawless but that really soured the mood.
Wow, what an unexpected pleasure. Pictures don't do it justice.
Modern, clean, quiet, friendly, classy and desirable are just a few parameters I'd use to describe the hotel.
Tip: don't miss out on the top Panorama sauna
Already considering our next visit. Highly recommended.
The entire stay was incredible. The staff was very kind and we were able to check in early and begin enjoying the hotel and it’s amenities. The room was beautiful and luxurious with amazing views. The thermespa area is a wonderful and relaxing spot with many enjoyable all inclusive features. The food was delicious at every meal, especially the breakfast buffet. There is even a bar open on premises until 1am for something to do after hours as there is nothing open in the small town it’s located. We will definitely be staying again soon.
It was a lovely, relaxing stay. We enjoyed the pools, took a hike in the Black Forest and ate well. We'd go back in a heartbeat. A few small things to consider:
The town clock is very loud so brace yourself if you're on that side of the hotel and want to sleep late. (The bells don't ring at night.) The food options are limited in town, if you don't eat at the restaurant. We got a few sandwiches for a hike and cleaned out the local store. Places for coffee are limited too. Again, this is in the town. The hotel is well-stocked. The town is picturesque and very walkable. Beautiful area. We didn't try the spa.
Quick stay before Messe Stuttgart, pleasent and refreshing.

Dear guest
Thank you for your stay in our hotel and your review. We hope you had a good journey to your next destination.
I am very glad to hear that you were satisfied with our service.
We hope to may welcome you soon again in our Hotel Therme Bad Teinach.
Yours sincerely, Frauke Kicherer - Assistant to CEO
Came in for a two night stay; the hotel has 5 pools, all heated from mild to warm, and they have great views of the forest and hills - the photos do not do the hotel justice. There's a great sauna with views on the top floor as well. We paid 20 euros for an upgrade to a balcony facing the hills - very nice room and we spent a lot of time just in the balcony. Breakfast was not bad. The hotel offers a few services such as walking sticks for hiking and e-bike rental etc. The town is small but nice and the nearby forests and views are pretty.
Do note there's no room service after 10pm and nowhere to get food in the little town of Bad Teinach. The nearest town is a 15 minute drive but I wouldn't recommend doing it at night.
The AC didnt work well and wasn't switched on quite a lot of the time, especially at night (we kept the window open which was fine but mosquitos etc flew in).
The majority of guests are older age and it seems to be the target customer for the hotel. We were the youngest there.

Dear guest
Thank you very much for your time to share your feedback. It permits us to continuously improve our standards according to our customers´ wishes and expectations. We are very glad to hear, that you enjoyed the atmosphere in our hotel and that you felt comfortable in our new rooms offering a blacony facing the nature of the Black Forest. Unfortunately we did have some technical issues with the cooling of the rooms. Due to the extensive modernization and reconstruction the number of younger guests is constantly increasing. We would be very happy to welcome you soon again.
Kindest regards, Frauke Kicherer
