The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. "We enjoyed a night in the charming town of Orvieto between touring Rome and Florence. The Hotel Duomo was clean, comfortable and located just off the central square. The staff were helpful and welcoming and they provide a very nice breakfast. One note - if you need a taxi to the train station, ask for it to come 15 minutes earlier than you actually need. Our 8am taxi arrived at 8:15 and we missed our train to Florence unfortunately. "
