โAbsolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too.

โThe accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...
โI stayed at FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhon and was very satisfied. The apartment is spacious, clean, with a stunning sea view from the balcony. It has a modern kitchen and washing machine, very convenient for families. Perfect central location, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.โ
โBreakfast was great. A little more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and mattress. The place was very clean and the staff helpful. I stayed at one other place but this was much better even though the other place was nice. Not many westerners visit Quy Nhon so youโll need to rely on translation apps if your tieng viet is weak even at hotels. Even then, everyone is so nice and helpful itโs not a problem.โ
โOur view, room and balcony were superb. The staff was exceptional, friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Nancy in guest services found us a driver for the day and we hit 5 must sees in Quy Nhon. The Sala is a new hotel and they know what theyโre doing.โ

Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min.

โGreat hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus.
Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine Iโve seen in Vietnam lol. โ
