"The first employee we encountered the night of check-in was amazing. She definitely put a smile on our face from the moment we walked in. Wish I had the opportunity to see her again, but we only saw her that one check-in night.
Rooms were clean and roomy. Fit my fam of 5 that includes 2 teenagers perfectly.
Workout room was nice and roomy with lots of equipment to use
We did not use the pool because it was cold during our stay, but from our view, it looked like there may have been roaches in it.
The breakfast was just OK. Nothing too crazy about it.
One day they offered pancakes, which I'm pretty sure were microwave pancakes, and they were pretty hard.
There was one lady who works only in the morning in the breakfast area and she was always super rude/non-welcoming or kind. At one point her and a guest got into it, even though the guest was in the wrong. I'm sure it could've been handled differently.

"It was the worst place I have been at. The night of of check in, they rented my room to another man and he walked in on us as we were in bed. Staff said the PC was broke. They never cleaned our room, we asked for a touch up and they never came. I had to go get my own towels, TP, empty my own trash. On our last day, they locked me out of our room. Had to go to desk and have the clerk let us in. I was told I would have my stay comped but my card was charged and they would not give me a reciept to confirm the comp. Horrible place!!!"

"No coffee machine in the room. Requested an early breakfast like at 6:00 which was refused by the manager. The staff on duty help by giving a banana instead!"
"Very dirty, window would not close, no rehung for unsafe conditions especially with me as a girl being by myself, and false advertising on website for room aesthetic. "
"The TV in our room did not work. Because it was very late when we got in, we did not notify the front desk. When I reported it the next morning, the morning clerk was rude and snippy. I wasn't asking for anything....just informing. The clerk on duty when we arrived was terrific. We had 3 rooms and overall enjoyed our stay. Sadly, the snippy clerk cast a dark cloud over what was a good stay. "
"If you stay here be sure to not stay on the side where milts is. They say if you have a 93308 a code they put you there automatically the 100 block, be sure to check for roach legs, blood stain in your bed. Only some have comforters, tweakers galore be sure to keep your door locked. Security gaurd is awesome and night shift ladies 10/10. If your coming in the AM get ready for rude old grannies."
