"I’ve stayed at the Ben Mhor frequently and found the staff to be really friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, on this occasion I didn’t book the breakfast but have in the past and always enjoyed it.
It’s an ideal place to stay if on a budget, it’s location is great for exploring the local area and there’s plenty of opportunities to grab some food outwith the hotel nearby. "

Food in the restaurant was excellent and the service from Oscar in the Quaich bar made our whole trip. The bathroom in our room was a little tired, but we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room so didn’t mind. Would definitely return. "
"We stayed three nights at the Hotel Square in Tomintoul. Although this is an older facility which could use a few updates to rugs, curtains, etc., we were very happy there. The hotel is clean, beds are super comfortable and the rooms are large and supplied with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good! Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. We had a lovely stay!"
