On our second day (effectively our first full day), we had a serious issue with the toilet in our room—it became blocked and overflowed. We contacted the front desk at around 3 AM as we had to leave early for a sunrise trip, but unfortunately, no assistance was provided until later in the morning.
When housekeeping finally addressed the issue, the bathroom floor was left with a lingering unpleasant odor, which we had to endure for the rest of the day. Since we returned late that night, we were only able to file another complaint then, which was thankfully resolved the following morning. However, during the cleaning, we were asked to remain outside the room, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, the response to a basic sanitation issue was delayed and poorly managed, which impacted our experience significantly.
