Staff was absolutely Outstanding! Great location on Sukhumvit 11/1 away from all the noises. Rooms need to updated soon. Comfortable bed and pillows. I did find some baby cockroaches which I was not happy about. Great food choices nearby. Very close to MRT. Shopping all around. Very safe. Will visit again. BTW, pricing was very affordable.

The price for the area is really good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel was having some maintenance and refurb at the time due to low season as most Thai places do so that is reflected in the score. The place is a stones throw from Nana BTS which is why I would use this place again anytime I need to bounce in Bangkok for a few days.

First up, they advertised breakfast available, none was available, the shower needed new washers as it sprayed water out of the hose, there was plenty of mould in the bathroom along with a couple of cockroaches, the tv kept having to be reset every time you turned it on, our room faced the alley and was terribly noisy till around 2.00am, the staff were great, go out of there way for you, the cleaning staff didn’t turn up every day and on occasions did at 7.00pm, I could not recommend this hotel,

Very convenient location with plenty of access to: train, ground transportation, dining options, terminal 21 mall within walking distance, etc… like most hotels, it was updated and remodeled with a friendly staff. Only take aways include: needing new sheets, pillow cases and towels as they looked very worn, some with holes in them. Also the shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. It either needs to be changed or like other hotels to just have the glass window divider option.
