The staff were outstanding. Every staff member whom I had comtact with was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. This includes the front desk staff, the door staff, porters, waitstaff, room staff, concierge, everyone... Parts of the hotel are becoming dated. The hot water system supplying my room was on its last legs and "hot" water was only warm. The rooms are large and have a kitchenette which really useful. Location is great for everything, things to see, transport. shopping, food.

When I liked best was the clothes washer in the one bedroom suite. The hotel is very centrally located to the skytrain and the staff was very helpful when I had trouble using the grab car service.

Bra hotel.

Big large room. Good view of Bangkok sky line. Large pool, but the baby pools was a little small. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is connected with a large shopping mall. The mall has a large food court but it’s expensive. There are not many restaurants in the area. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Great location. Breakfast was above average for Thailand for western taste. The room was a bit run down. Lots of small charges. Biggest issue was the AC either froze us out or suffocated us.
