"Stayed here multiple times, and as always, we are satisfied with excellent services from staff, esp Adrian and Ron. Accidentally left my wallet after check out, and the staff were very helpful and gave us back what we left behind. Thank you very much. Very convenient direct access to SM North Edsa, one of the biggest mall in the country. You will not ran out of choices for shopping and dining options."

"This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. Security deposit is 3000 php which isn't too bad, but just to keep in mind when you want to spend there :P The breakfast is around 500 php per day, but luckily we wanted to try the street/authentic foods outside! The joy of being in a different country is trying their own dishes! The room itself was spotless and cozy, everything is working. Especially the AC, after a day under the sun, AC and the shower is your best friend! The only downside I'd say was there were baby moths in the room upon check in, but I was able to get rid of them after the third day, when they were within my reach LOL! I know bugs are not in anyone's control, but I'm just assuming they must've snuck in when the window was open at one point before my check in. The gym has AC and it's understandable that it's quite tiny (two treadmill, two benches and enough dumbells) since not a lot of people work out then. At least when I went, there was only one other person. The pool is outdoors which is so nice because you get to see the view! The water is warm but refreshingly warm. I would recommend, 10/10 for sure and will be booking it next time!"

"Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future"
