"I like the location (close to metro station and Provigo), the games area, the breakfast selection. I don't like the high bed I had to climb onto (there's a two drawer dresser that fits under the bed), the noise (from bedsheets, bed, taps, toilet flushes), the lack of cups/kettle/fridge, the bathroom door that doesn't close well, the lack of blackout blinds and the inadequate light fixtures."

"Our room (206) had many small details poorly taken care of. In the bathroom, the faucet was installed crooked, the shower head was loose and unsealed on the wall, and from the pictures I was expecting to have a bathtub but did not. The bed had a couple of exposed screw heads which could be a hazard for injury, the TV remotes had dead batteries, and our Keurig did not pour water at all (I believe it simply needs cleaning and maintenance). I was unimpressed with the lack of care put into the room. Will likely not rebook here."

The rooms are clean, comfortable but could use a little refurbishing. Overall, a great choice for a hotel and one that I would highly recommend."
