"Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

It was a lovely apartment right beside the main square. It was clean and a good size with a mezzanine sleeping area. We really loved it, especially the location. "

This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. I had to provide a video showing me punching the numbers, because Marta implied that...
