Fun sharing stories about the mansion, and meeting others during breakfast - also appreciated the texts from Grace ahead of our stay with instructions on accessing the mansion, etc. Grace also recommended restaurants, and we had a magical evening at Buck's - Reggie played piano, Anthony greeted us warmly, reminisced about Buck (the prior owner), and shared a mutual admiration for Prince Rogers Nelson. โOverall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again. โ
โDrury was an unknown quantity to me, with high reviews and moderate prices. Everything about the stay was great, except for one small thing. What marketing genius thought it was a good idea to ask for a $50 damage deposit?โ
โVy was super nice, and very helpful. This hotel is really nice and clean. Me and my family loved it! My daughter loved the different waters on tap by the elevators hahah. I will definitely chose this hotel next time I go back to Louisville. โ
โAbsolutely, gorgeous space! Loved the cookies, meeting the owner & gourmet breakfast! Catherine, the chef did a devine breakfast! We walked Central Park & the most gorgeous continuous refurbished Victorians in the US! The attention to detail was amazing with bath bombs provided โฆhighly recommend!โ
โFabulous old/classic hotel. Lovely place. The free shuttle was really nice to and from airport. It even took us to the theatre. Hope we can come back sometime. โ
