"Ein tolle Unterkunft im Frankenwald: alles ist super sauber, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Unsere Hunde waren sehr willkommen und das Frühstück war wirklich lecker, die Auswahl war toll. Gerne wieder!"

Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. No sound issues from rooms next door or above (we were ground floor). Great shower! But no tea/coffee facilities in room. The usual...

"Nice place and worked well even if staff were on vacation (only staff was someone fixing breakfast). Positive was several parking places. Only negative was the narrow beads placed almost in the middle of the room (but if you don't move, you don't fall out of bed). "

"Der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön.Das Wasser im Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Die Sauna war sehr gut. Nur die Liegen im Ruheraum waren zu hart und zu niedrig. Wir konnten sie daher nicht nutzen. Das Personal war, besonders in der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und behilflich. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wieder kommen."
