“Il nous est impossible de parler de cet hotel car nous l'avons réservé mais n'avons pas pu y aller. L'avis porte sur l'opérateur Expédia qui nous a vendu un package vol+ hotel, en nous expédiant sur l'ile de Sal à 100 km au nord, et non pas sur l'ile de Boa Vista ou se trouve l'hotel, et ou nous n'avons pas pu séjourner faute de liaison entre les 2 iles, zéro pointé pour expédia qui ne nous a pas dépanné!”

“ The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are low quality. Very old decor with bits of the wall & ceiling filled in with filler. The air conditioning didn't work. There were exposed wires. Rusty handles. Bathroom shower water temperature was irregular. Bedsheets were old, unironed and they weren't changed regularly. Swimming pool isn't cleaned and hotel guests rarely go in the pool. We had to sometimes ask for towels. The manager says the rooms are fully booked and say they can...
