Don't be fooled like us.
We stayed in the King Room with Whirlpool on June 24, 2025. We booked early in June, specifically choosing this hotel because the listing included breakfast (note that older reviews about this are no longer true). We were coming off a hectic travel schedule and wanted a place where we could just relax and not worry about tracking down meals or amenities. Upon arrival, we were told that breakfast was no longer provided. When we showed our booking details to the front desk manager, Ben, he simply shrugged, saying they didn't update their listing on the booking websites in time. No apology for the lack of communication, and no effort to make things right.
The next morning, the hotel shut off water to all the rooms — again, without any warning. When we called the front desk, the staff casually said, “Oh yeah, we had a mini emergency and had to stop all water,” as if it was no big deal. No courtesy call, no workarounds offered like bottled water to manage getting ready in the morning.
The most disappointing part isn't even the lack of breakfast or running water: it was the staff's indifference. At no point did anyone express concern or take responsibility. If staff had handled this with a little bit more professionalism, we wouldn't have left this review. Hopefully this informs at least one other potential guest so they reconsider their options.
