“The hotel and the grounds were stunning. Every single member of staff (I talk to everyone) was wonderful; so helpful and friendly. The outdoor heated pool was delightful. No air con or fan in the room wasn’t great but the windows did open wide so that helped, although we were on the ground floor and by the road so cars going past was a bit noisy. Noise from the rooms upstairs was a lot. But, overall, our stay was really lovely and I’d definitely stay again. ”
“Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! ”

The room was comfortable and immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great, thebathroom was large and very clean.
