"Staying at The Magnolia is a reminder of what a full service boutique hotel feels like. The level of professional and genuinely caring customer service is shared by all the staff. Each aspect of the guest experience is carefully thought through. We had stayed here some years ago and wanted to return after we both had gone through health issues and were displaced by the Lahaina Maui fire. Thank you Magnolia team for staying true to simplicity, elegance, and exceptional service. Additionally, the rooms are maintained with great attention to detail by the Housekeeping and Engineering Teams. Loved the daily service and the L’occitane toiletries - such a lovely touch.
