"O Matiz Spa Resort foi uma grata surpresa! O hotel que até poucos meses funcionava como spa está todo reformado, os quartos são amplos, acessíveis, muito limpos, roupas de cama de alta qualidade.
A estrutura do hotel é excelente: piscinas aquecidas (coberta e ao ar livre), redário, academia completa, várias quadras de esporte incluindo beach tênis, trilhas para caminhadas, serviço de spa com pacotes com preços não abusivos, equipe de recreação para adultos e crianças.

The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the...
"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck."

Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante."
