“Clean, bed was comfortable and the price was right!”

“The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. They actually seemed to care! Excellent stay!”

“Paint all over the bathroom floor paint on the bathroom door, coffee spilled all over the door frame. Stains on the rug in the room, hairs on the pillowcase, broken toilet seat the nuts and bolts fell on the floor, no mechanism in the sink to hold the stopper in place, the air conditioner made a continuous loud clanging sound. The breakfast offered three things only cereal yogurt and waffles.”

“Worst motel ever. Room is ready, but no courtesy. Couldn't check in early without paying extra. Sink, Shower clogged. TV went blank. Reset no help. Cheap bed with no box spring. Un-washed Bed sheets with bread crumbs & stains. No iron available. Did give us a hair dryer upon request, but after checkout, when I was 200 miles away, without even checking the room, was accused of stealing hair dryer. May be my comments help them to improve services, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Oh I forgot, train...
