"Very clean place to stay"

"Beautiful property. Easy walking distance to Broadmoor Arena, the movie theater, Target, and some restaurants. Right off the highway. My room had a few problems. The bathroom door needs to be planed, as it grazes the floor. Toilet sits a bit too low for me. The convenient side outlets on the little table between the beds did not work. Other than a few hiccups, it was a very nice hotel and most of what I expected from a Double Tree Hilton. Very clean and the lobby area was very classy. Breakfast was nice. There's a menu option or the buffet and a Starbucks. Enjoyed my stay very much."

"I had a wonderful stay. My room had everything I needed including shampoo and conditioner. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfy and cozy. The breakfast was yummy. And Erin at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I'll be back."

"The room was decent, there was a plumbing issue so we didn’t get to stay in our requested room. Then we were wrongly charged for smoking in a non smoking room. This charge was placed back on my account but it was a hardship on my traveling expense. The breakfast had hair in the eggs. I would not wish to stay at the hotel again by choice. If I had to, the beds were decent if you’re in a pinch for somewhere to stay. "
