โThe location was perfect and the rooms were nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. The one thing I did not like is that we attempted to go swimming in the indoor pool and the water was freezing! Like to the point that you did not want to stay long. โ
โWe were in two different rooms over the course of our stay here, rooms 7th floor and 5th floor. Our stay in 7th floor was excellent, but we had a completely horrific experience on the 5th floor, mainly due to poor housekeeping. When we walked into the bathroom for the first time, there was a q-tip from the previous guest lying on the floor. The entire area around the bed was coated in dust, and we couldn't tell whether the carpet had been vacuumed or not. Moreover, the housekeeper was chatting...
โI canโt believe Iโve never stayed here before after coming to Bloomington regularly for 30 years! I picked it because I thought it would be great for a dog, (and it is!), but we got so much more comfort than expected! This is a gem of a find. Just hope itโs hidden enough to be vacant the next time I need a place in Bloomington. โ
